Complete in Him

Today was a pretty rough day. I didn't sleep too well last night and ended up being up in the middle of the reading. When I don't sleep well, I get weepy. So today I was prone to random acts of sobbing. I picked up a book in between sob sessions, laundry, etc. and knew that it would lift my mood.


I've been reading Abiding in Christ: God's Plan for Spiritual Growth by James Delany. Today while I was reading one of the chapters on my position in Christ, Colossians 2:10 jumped off the page! And you are complete in Him... That is just an amazing thought. Complete! At the moment I put my faith in God, He deemed me as complete. That will never ever change. Even though my condition changes moment by moment by moment, because I am a sinner, my condition puts me complete in Christ!
